Shipping Policy

When you place your order, we begin making your items as quickly as possible. Each product requires some time for the construction and curing before we can ship. Most orders ship within 1 or 2 days. However, in peak seasons, shipment can take up to 3 business days.

Sometimes there may be delays due to the shipping carrier or international customs sorting.

Order fulfillment

We ship daily from Monday through Saturday, 52 weeks a year except for Sundays and holidays. Orders placed by 10.00 PM CST or 04.00 AM CET Sunday-Friday will start to be made the next day. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturdays will ship the following Monday or next open business day.

Important note:

Upon arrival of the goods, the customer is kindly requested to carefully inspect the package before signing the package as proof of delivery

If, for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the customer is requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorised signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to report the incident immediately to the local courier office and to contact us by sending an e-mail to shop@kibitaly.com.
